What is the Team Coaching Connection?
Experience in the field and literature reinforce the importance of coaches staying connected to share coaching stories and problem solve. A coaching network serves to support, encourage and provide resources to coaches to further advance their coaching practice.
Aim
Provide time and space for those with shared interests in Team Coaching to share lessons learned, seek guidance and support for problem solving and learn about latest reading, research and resources to support continued development of Team Coaching capabilities to coach interprofessional improvement teams to increase value and quality of health care.
Up until one week before the monthly Team Coaching Connection, you can submit ideas, questions, challenges to be discussed during the monthly session to margiegodfrey@gmail.com. Monthly from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm ET
