Elizabeth is Senior Program Manager at IEHSS as well as a Clinical Microsystem Coach (Level 3). In her role as Quality Team Coach at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Learning and Leadership Collaborative, she helps interprofessional improvement teams, including patients and families, to improve outcomes for people with Cystic Fibrosis. Elizabeth works with teams to build local and national learning collaboratives, assess local contexts, and enhance measurement tracking. She has extensive experience managing front line teams as a nurse manager at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and also other nursing leadership positions at Jackson and Baptist Health Systems in Miami. Elizabeth has an MSN from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing a DNP from the University of Central Florida.
