Vice President, Together Team Change Leadership, Trinity Health

Ann is currently the Vice President TogetherTeam Change Leadership for Trinity Health. In this innovative model, Ann, and her team of Nurse Executives partner with Senior Nursing Leaders at Health Ministries across the country to implement the new Trinity Health TogetherTeam Virtual Connected Care ™ program. This innovative, transformational work focuses on bringing together a three-person care team comprised of a Virtual Nurse, a Bedside Nurse, and a Partner in Care to provide coordinated, efficient care, better safety and outcomes, and an exceptional experience for both the patient and caregivers. In her over 30 years in healthcare, Ann has held roles ranging from staff nurse and educator to Chief Nursing Officer and Healthcare Administrator. With a passion for coaching nurses, Ann focuses much of her work on increasing resiliency, building teams, reducing nursing turnover, developing leaders, and providing mentorship opportunities for new nurses.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University and a Master of Business Administration from Davenport University. She is also a Johnson & Johnson Wharton Nurse Executive Fellow and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

In addition to her professional work, Ann enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
