Program Overview

Improvement in health care is a balance of technical skills and interpersonal communication and relationships. From Tools to Relationships (TTR) is a one-of-a-kind, dynamic program that focuses on the interpersonal skills of communication, conflict management, and negotiation to improve coaching and team effectiveness. How the Program Works This action-learning program blends didactics, demonstration, practice, and feedback (including in-person videotaped and web-based) to support individual personalized learning experiences in the areas of:

  • Active listening
  • Conflict management
  • Emotional regulation
  • Humble inquiry
  • Motivation/inspiration
  • Negotiation
