Maria Scopeletti

Research Project Manager

Maria is a Program Coordinator with The Dartmouth Institute Microsystem Academy (TDIMA).  Her current program coordination and team coaching includes all Learning and Leadership Cystic Fibrosis programs in the United States and the National Hemophilia Program Coordinating Center quality improvement program with the American Thrombosis and Hemostasis Network.  Maria coordinates all aspects of these team coaching and improvement collaboratives.

Maria has a Master’s in Healthcare Administration with a focus in hospital administration and a Master’s certificate in Project Management.  She is Lean Six Sigma trained and has a strong interest in bridging the methods of Lean Six Sigma with microsystem applied theory and team coaching.  Maria’s past experiences include Geisinger Health System where she supported the Cardiovascular service line with continuous system improvement.  Maria previously managed the pediatric specialties for the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth where she was responsible for 14 pediatric services including inpatient, outpatient and surgical services before joining TDIMA.
