About Us

Our Mission

Through strategic relationships with interprofessionals, patients and families, we (1) engage in research, education, and development of health care systems of care based in clinical microsystem applied research; (2) develop practical supportive systems, processes and tools to support development of organizational improvement capability; (3) conduct action research that explores microsystems, mesosystems and macro system organization, leadership development and team coaching to result in high performing organizations.
